2019 - 2020
This work is justified by the search for an understanding that explains society's interaction with environmental norms from three different perspectives. Three perspectives will be adopted from the Theory of Justice whose legal principles are applicable to socio-environmental dynamics. In this way, the paradigmatic transition of the law; the struggle for social recognition; and the political-economic aspects of distributive justice, respectively, will underpin three phases of observation that form the basis of this work.

Is the perception of environmental risks influenced by cultural and socio-economic factors?
2019 - 2020
The aim of this project is to carry out a risk perception study with visitors to the Museum of Tomorrow in the city of Rio de Janeiro. This museum combines philosophical concepts, scientific content and artistic language to provoke its visitors to reflect on the paths that are opening up today towards different future situations. It offers its visitors different experiences in the fields of matter, life and thought, with reflections on climate change, population growth and longevity, increasing diversity of artefacts and the planet's diminishing biological diversity. For this reason, it has become an important element for ethnobiological studies that seek to analyse the impact of its intervention on visitors' perception of risk.
